Meet our Heroes

The amazing people who make our homes special places for children to grow and thrive

Responsible Individual

Holds overall accountability for the home, ensuring it meets legal, regulatory and quality standards and that children’s welfare is always prioritised. Provides strategic oversight, supports the Registered Manager, and liaises with Ofsted and placing authorities.

Registered Manager

Leads the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring safe, nurturing and child-centred care in line with regulations and the Statement of Purpose. Manages the staff team, oversees care planning, and drives continuous improvement in outcomes for children.

Deputy Manager

Supports the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff supervision and safeguarding practice. Acts up in the Manager’s absence and helps maintain consistent, high-quality care and a stable, therapeutic environment for children.
