Location: Bury | Hours: Full-time | Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Residential Care Workers to join our team and provide 24/7 care and support to children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to children and young people

• Help create a safe and nurturing environment

• Work closely with the care team to meet individual needs

• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a care setting

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexible to work various shifts
